CB County wins U11A Cape Breton Cup

 

The CB County Islanders U11A went 5 and 0, in Cape Breton Cup playoffs held in North Sydney.

The Islanders took care of business, despite a valiant effort from the Sydney Steelers, with a final score of 8-4.

Leading the way for the Islanders were, Brandon Dollimount, Jake Roberts and Keegan Lane-Constantino with 3points each in the final game, with Lane-Constantino potting the winner early in the 2nd frame.

The Steelers were led by Bennett Morrow and Easton Cameron, with 2 points apiece for the Runners up.

The Islanders will now represent the North in the U11A Provincial semi-finals later this month.
